Marketplace partnership

We buy. You grow.

  • We buy your inventory up front. No net terms, no consignment.
  • No management fees, no retainers. We earn on margin.
  • You keep the brand decisions. We run the daily work and report back.

How it works

A retailer, not an agency

Most marketplace partners charge a fee to manage your account. We do something older and simpler: we buy your product, own the inventory, and sell it on the marketplaces under our own accounts. Our margin is the only way we get paid, so we only do well when your products sell at the right price.

You get a controlled seller holding your pricing, listings built to your standards, and reporting on all of it, without adding work to your team.

The terms

Four things in your favour

Because we buy rather than bill, the terms look different from an agency contract. These four are the ones brands notice first.

We buy, not bill

An agency charges a fee to manage your channel. We place a purchase order and own the inventory. The risk of selling through sits with us.

Paid up front

No net 30, no net 60. Once the goods land and check in, the invoice is paid. Most brands have never had a marketplace partner say that.

No minimums

No minimum order or catalog size to start. A first order is usually a handful of SKUs we agree on together, and it grows from there.

Flexible on exclusivity

We work on your terms. Exclusivity is something we earn over time, not a condition we set on day one.

From the first call

What happens when

Four steps, the same for every brand we take on. Most brands are live within the first order cycle.

01Discovery

We look at your current marketplace presence together: who is selling your products, what the listings look like, where pricing has drifted, and what a first order could cover.

02First order

We agree on the catalog, your pricing policy and the listing standards we will hold. Then we place the first purchase order and pay for it on delivery.

03Launch

Inventory comes into our Toronto facility, gets prepped to marketplace spec, and goes live on rebuilt listings across the channels we agreed on.

04Grow

You get regular reporting on sales, pricing and listing health. From there we widen the catalog, add marketplaces and grow the advertising.

Where we sell

From Amazon to Walmart and beyond

Each marketplace has its own buyer, its own rulebook and its own way of punishing a sloppy listing. We run the ones we know well, and add the next one when a catalog is ready for it.

Amazon

Our home marketplace, Canada and US. Canadian fulfillment and compliance on both sides of the border.

Walmart

A second marketplace for brands ready to widen beyond Amazon alone.

eBay

A different buyer and a different rulebook. We know how it runs, for catalogs that fit it.

TikTok Shop

Where discovery happens now. We are building the playbook for brands that want in early.

Partnership FAQ

Questions brands ask us

The terms, in plain language. Anything not covered here, ask us on the call.

What does the partnership include?

Everything the channel needs: purchasing, listing optimization, pricing compliance, advertising, prep, fulfillment coordination and reporting. You supply product and brand standards.

Do you pay up front?

Yes. We pay when the goods are delivered and checked in. No net 30, no net 60, no consignment.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We size the first order to the catalog and the marketplace demand we see, then grow it as the listings prove out.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. We work on the terms you are comfortable with and your existing wholesale and retail relationships stay as they are. Exclusivity is something we would rather earn than ask for.

Do I still manage my Amazon account?

We sell under our own seller accounts, so there is nothing for you to manage day to day. If you hold Brand Registry, we work alongside it for content and enforcement.

How do you handle MAP and unauthorized sellers?

We hold your pricing policy on every listing we run, monitor the buy box and offer list, and document violators for your enforcement partners.

How do I get started?

Book a call. We will look at your current listings together and outline what a first order and launch would look like.

Let’s talk about your catalog

If you sell a consumer product and want the marketplace channel run properly, without fees, minimums or a long contract, this is the call to book.
