How it works
From your dock to the buyer
Your product ships to us once. We handle everything between that and the customer’s door.
01Receive
Purchase orders arrive at our Toronto facility, are checked in against the PO, and paid on delivery.
02Prep
Units are labelled, poly-bagged, bundled or boxed to each marketplace’s prep requirements, so nothing is refused at the fulfillment centre.
03Ship
Inbound shipments go to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment in the quantities and timing that keep products in stock without over-holding.
04Forecast
Sell-through is tracked by product, and the next order is placed before inventory runs down.

Where is the facility?
Alliance Avenue in Toronto, Ontario. Purchase orders ship there.
Do you handle US orders?
Yes. We sell on Amazon.com as well as Amazon.ca, and we handle the cross-border compliance.
What about products with expiry dates or hazmat?
Expiry-dated goods are handled to marketplace rules. Hazmat is reviewed case by case before we take an order.
Can you ship to retailers as well?
Our facility is set up for marketplace fulfillment. Ask on the call if you have a specific retail need.
